Assessment Questions

For the best results, it is important to answer each statement honestly in terms of how you rate the team now that you are reviewing and not how you would like the team to be. Remember there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers so please do not overly analyse your responses. This assessment consists of four parts; Structure, Target, Energy and Process. Your results will be calculated when you have completed all parts.
